Sven is an Electrical Engineer. He is Belgium National, Australian Resident and Indian entrepreneur. Sven carries with him 30+ years of managerial experience in various Multinational Companies Across Globe. Sven is Global entrepreneur who is passionate about establishing business in new markets, introducing new products, creating trade & organising engineering services across continents. Sven is handling portfolio of sales in addition to his main responsibility as CEO for Inventive.
Moreshwar Bhalsing
CTO & Co Founder
Moreshwar is an Electrical Engineer with 25 + years of professional experience in the field of Information Technology in International market. He is Certified Project Management professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute USA, along with SAP Certified in Netweaver 2004s Business Intelligence Solution Consultant. Before Inventive Moreshwar has worked for IBM, T-system, TATA and Crompton Greaves. Moreshwar is now Director of our Technology Business Vertical. Technology business handles plant digitalization projects, Smart P&ID, Smart SLD, CAX Automation etc.
Anil Nandedkar
Business Head- Engineering & Design Services
Anil is a passionate Civil & Structural Engineer with Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from COEP. He has 25 years of international engineering experience in a wide variety of projects of different sizes, from various sectors such as aviation, hydropower, oil & gas, chemical and petrochemical, involving multiple engineering disciplines. He has worked with various reputed Indian and overseas organisations such as Tata Consulting Engineers, Gate City, GS Engineering & Constructions, Wood Group, NPCC Abu Dhabi and ADNOC. Anil is now heading the engineering team of Inventive.

Vikas is a qualified Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in oil & gas piping engineering. He has 35 years of international engineering experience in a wide variety of projects of different sizes, from various sectors, involving multiple engineering disciplines. He has worked with various reputed Indian and overseas organisations such as Engineers India Limited, Davy Power Gas, Jacobs, Toyo Engineering and ADNOC Offshore Abu Dhabi.
