Bulk piping MTO needs to be prepared for ordering but lot of factors like resource skill, mapping of P & ID with PMS etc. leads to delay as well as wrong part ordering. Our long experience and Knowledge with smart in house developed tools helps us to get rid of all the disadvantages of traditional process.

How it works?

• Our team defines and agree on Bulk MTO format as a deliverable with Customer
• Input required from the customer will be P&ID in AutoCAD format, Piping Material Specification (PMS) and Equipment layouts
• Inventive team use our Smart MTO to prepare Draft MTO first
• Our Expert team work on draft MTO to finalize
• Quality checks are performed by qualified engineer before submitting it to customer.
• Bulk MTO is issued to customer in agreed MTO format for further use.
